Fitness Coaching

Fitness training is evolving. Many people find it difficult to schedule a specific time to meet with an in-person trainer on a regular basis, or high quality fitness training is simply not available where they live. For these people, remote fitness coaching is an attractive alternative to in-person training, especially if they already are comfortable exercising on their own. Remote fitness coaching clients receive a full workout plan customized to their lifestyle to be completed wherever they want to workout. Maybe that's in a regular gym or maybe it's in their living room. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, clients receive nutrition and healthy lifestyle guidance to ensure they meet their goals. Regular progress calls and 24/7 trainer messaging access are available for all remote coaching clients.

Small Group Training

Do you have a small group of between 2-4 friends with similar goals who want to workout together but still receive an individualized level of attention? Small Group Training may be the best option for you. We will work together to choose a location to meet: a park, your place, or my private training studio. We can even rotate locations to keep it interesting! The benefit of small group training over traditional fitness classes is the lower instructor to client ratio and the inclusion of the same nutritional and healthy lifestyle guidance that regular personal training clients receive - something that cannot be overlooked when trying to lose weight or gain muscle. This is also a great option for those on a budget who would like to split the cost and save on what they would pay for traditional 1:1 personal training.
